We meet on screen twice a week for 12 weeks. These are our core sessions, the place where we go deep, work through what's coming up and build the awareness and tools you need to heal your relationship with food, your body, and the people you love most.
Four times a week, on the days we don't have our longer sessions, we speak briefly by phone. These short calls keep you supported between sessions, help you stay on track, and mean you are never more than a day away from having someone in your corner.
Between calls, you can reach me by text on WhatsApp. I respond once daily during my office hours, so you always know support is close. You can use this support when something hard comes up, you need a quick reminder, or you just want to share a win.
One dedicated 30-minute Zoom where we build your personal game plan for grocery shopping. This is not a meal plan, but a practical, repeatable strategy for navigating the supermarket without anxiety. We follow up with a quick WhatsApp check-in before you go and after you return.
